Give us a beat, about 3-5 days, to work our magic on your order before it's ready to sail out. We're in action Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. If you place an order after 1:00 pm EST on Friday, we'll kick things off again the following Monday. This even goes for lightning-fast Next Day and International Priority Shipments.

Once your goodies set sail, we can't be held accountable for anything that goes missing or gets swiped along the way. Any questions or concerns? Reach out to us right here.

Now, the price tag for International Shipping does a little dance based on where you are, and that magic math happens right at checkout. But hold your horses, because duties and taxes aren't hanging out in that total you're seeing. Those are decided by the customs crew in your neck of the woods. They're like taxes at a border party – not always invited, but sometimes they show up. And guess what? If they decide to join, you're the host, and you'll cover those fees when your goodies arrive.

Just remember, the international shipping cost you paid at checkout isn't joining the refund party. Even if your International Shipment gets a "Thanks, but no thanks" from the receiver, we can't hand back the shipping fee

Returns & Exchanges

Just a heads-up: If you snagged a deal with a discount code of 15% or more, those items are all yours – they're final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Your store credit has a 4-month ticket from its issued date – make sure to use it before the time flies!

Gift cards are in the spotlight for a whole year from the day they were born.

Got something to swap or send back? You've got 14 days from delivery to put in your request. We'll give it a thumbs-up if it fits the bill.

Reach out here Contact Us  to kick things off. Once the request is approved, the original items need to start their journey back within 10 days. After that, the return or exchange ticket's no longer valid.

Oh, and just so you know, we're not doing price change-ups on stuff you grabbed before.

If things get a little wild – like worn, damaged, or altered wild – we might have to say no to returns or exchanges. Shipping fees aren't refundable.
